A sports association managing hundreds of athletes across multiple disciplines was tracking registrations, class inscriptions, and payment records using spreadsheets. They needed a system to centralize athlete information, manage class schedules, handle event coordination, and track membership payments reliably.

We built Asonata — a sports club management platform with 4 core modules. The system gives administrators a complete view of every athlete's participation, payments, and history while making it easy to manage classes and events.

• Athlete Registry: Complete profiles with personal info, medical data, emergency contacts, and history
• Class Inscriptions: Manage class schedules, enrollment, and attendance tracking
• Event Management: Coordinate competitions, practices, and special events with participant lists
